Welcome to the fourth annual Global Youth Hacks! (GYH) Year after year, we've maintained a standard of quality and excellence at our events, bringing out the creativity and ingenuity of our participants and shining a light on the best and brightest of high school students around the world. This year, due to COVID, we are only offering digital prizing in the form of Visa gift cards and software suites. We hope that this incentive will go even further to bringing together aspiring engineers and entrepreneurs from across the globe.

Eligibility

Anyone who is a high school student or between the ages of 13 and 18 can participate. We pride ourselves on being all-inclusive and providing mentorship to those who are new to programming.

Requirements

Each submission will require a 1-2 minute video along with either a live demo that can be tested by our judges or an interactive walthrough for hardware hacks. We require full source code to be submitted via a git repository and anyone who is included on both the GitHub repository and Devpost submission will be eligible for prizing.
